How do I get started?

Do I need to keep stock or meet a minimum?

No minimums. Order one sample or fulfill customer orders on demand. Per-unit price decreases at higher quantity tiers.

Which printing methods do you use?

We primarily use Direct-to-Film (DTF) for durable, vibrant prints. For large offline runs we also offer screen printing.

How long do prints last?

With proper care (wash inside-out, cold water, mild detergent, avoid high heat), DTF prints should remain vibrant for 90–100+ washes.

Can I add custom branding (labels/packaging)?

Yes — neck labels, tags and branded packaging are available. Configure them in the product settings in your dashboard.

Which file types and sizes do you accept?

PNG (with transparency) is preferred. For vectors, export a high-quality PNG at the correct print size. Aim for ~300 DPI.

What DPI/resolution should I use?

Upload at 300 DPI at target print dimensions. We accept 250–450 DPI; below 250 may look soft, above 450 is usually unnecessary.

Can I print on multiple areas (front/back/sleeve)?

Yes. Each extra print zone adds to cost; product pages show available zones and max dimensions.

Color tips for best results?

Use sRGB color mode. On dark garments, add lighter fills or outlines so details remain visible. Avoid very thin lines.

How is price calculated?

Price = garment base cost + print cost per area + GST. Quantity tiers reduce unit costs as orders grow.

Do sizes or colors change pricing?

Sometimes. Extended sizes (e.g., 3XL+) or premium fabrics may have higher base costs — shown on product pages.

What is typical production time?

Small to medium orders (1–30 pcs) usually ship in 2–5 business days. Complex or large runs may take longer; please check for the quantity you order ordering on product catelog page.

Can I order samples?

Yes — order samples just like a normal order. Steps: • Create account → • Create product → • Place sample order. Samples are paid — we can’t provide free samples to everyone.

Can I edit or cancel after ordering?

Edits or cancellations are possible only before production starts. You can click on Cancel Order button on the order page in dashboard.

Can I mix sizes and colors in one order?

Yes — mix sizes and colors of the same product. Pricing is based on the total quantity of that item.

Where do you ship?

We ship across India via trusted courier partners. International shipping is not provided (self-shipping can be used for international orders).

You get a tracking link once the order ships. Live updates are visible in your dashboard under order details.

Do you offer blind (white-label) shipping?

Yes — packages can be shipped without Merch Factory branding so customers see only your brand.

What if an item arrives damaged or misprinted?

Contact support within 7 days with photos and order ID. For manufacturing defects we reprint affected items. Please do note that we dont refund for same.

Can I use my own courier or label (self-ship)?

Yes — use Self Shipping. Provide AWB and courier name when creating the order, or supply a shipping label URL for us to print. • Provide pickup address from the order page and attach AWB during order creation.

What payment methods do you support?

We accept UPI, cards, net-banking and popular wallets. Payments are processed securely at checkout.

Do you provide GST invoices?

Yes — every order includes a downloadable GST invoice in your dashboard for accounting and input tax credit.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Customers can choose COD at checkout. Couriers collect COD and remit to us; we credit your configured payout method in   4  days after delivery. Add payout details Note: COD requires payout details to be configured before placing COD orders.

Who owns my artwork?

You retain full ownership of your artwork. We have a limited license to print and ship your designs to fulfill orders.

What designs are not allowed?

We reject content that infringes IP, promotes hate, violence, or violates local law. Such orders may be cancelled and refunded.
