DPI to Pixel Converter

Ensure your designs print perfectly. Calculate the exact pixel dimensions required for High-Definition DTF printing based on your desired print size and resolution.

To prevent layout alignment and color rendering bugs, the Merch Factory editor accepts high-resolution transparent PNG files strictly. SVG and JPEG files are blocked. Export your designs at 300 DPI as PNG before uploading.

⚠️ Avoid "DPI Enhancers"

Online tools that "increase DPI" just stretch pixels and add noise. If your art is low-res, vectorizing it first and then exporting to a high-density (300 DPI) transparent PNG is the only professional fix. Never upscale low-res raster art manually.

How to setup your Canvas in Canva / Photoshop:
Step 1:

Open your design software and select 'Create New Design'.

Step 2:

Set the document dimensions directly to 3600 x 4800 pixels or set it to 12 x 16 inches and ensure the DPI/PPI slider is set to 300.

Step 3:

Ensure the background is completely Transparent.

Step 4:

Export strictly as a high-quality transparent PNG file. SVG and JPEG files are blocked in the editor to prevent printing glitches and rendering issues.
