White-Label Fulfillment

A manufacturing and shipping service where products are shipped without any trace of the supplier, featuring the merchant’s custom branding instead.

White-Label Fulfillment is a business-to-business (B2B) service where a production and logistics provider (the supplier) manufactures, packs, and ships orders to consumers in a manner that completely conceals their own identity. For D2C apparel brands using Print on Demand, white-labeling is vital for building authentic brand equity and customer trust. The supplier removes all internal manufacturer tags, invoices, or logos from the packaging. Instead, the parcel features the merchant's custom printed inside neck label, a shipping label with the merchant's brand listed as the sender (using a neutral warehouse address for return logistics), and inside insertions like branded thank-you cards, hangtags, or stickers. To the end customer, the package appears to have been physically handled, packed, and shipped directly from the brand’s own headquarters.
